Two civilians killed in Taliban attack in Helmand, Afghanistan
At least two civilians were killed in a Taliban terrorist attack in Helmand province, Afghanistan on Monday night, local officials said Tuesday.
The provincial governor’s spokesman Omar Zowak confirmed the incident and said it happened on Monday night when Taliban terrorists attacked security check posts in Baba Wali area of Greshk district.
Four people were also wounded including two civilians and two soldiers, Zowak added.
The Taliban terrorist organization has not yet commented on the incident.
